Returns & Refunds Policy

Metal Muscle products are produced in limited quantities and, in some cases, made to order or customized. As a result, returns and refunds are handled carefully to ensure fairness to both customers and the integrity of our production process.

1. General Policy

​

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the nature of limited-production and custom-manufactured items, Metal Muscle does not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, preference, or buyer’s remorse.

2. Eligibility for Returns

​

A return or refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

• The item arrives damaged due to shipping

• The item received is materially different from what was ordered

• There is a confirmed manufacturing defect

All issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

​

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Custom Collection products or any customized items

• Items with personalized engravings or modifications

• Products that show signs of use, wear, or handling beyond inspection

• Items purchased as part of early access or limited releases, unless defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

​

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

2. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue

3. Do not attempt to use or modify the item

Metal Muscle will evaluate the claim and, if approved, may offer:

• A repair

• A replacement (subject to availability)

• A refund, at our discretion

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds, if issued, will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs, insurance fees, and handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider.

6. Return Authorization

​

All approved returns require written authorization from Metal Muscle. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If a return is authorized, customers will be provided with return instructions. Returned items must be shipped securely and insured.

7. Early Access Purchases

​

Early access participation does not guarantee product availability or purchase eligibility. If a purchase is later canceled by Metal Muscle prior to shipment, a full refund will be issued.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

Metal Muscle is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear, improper use, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions provided with the product.
